
Balcones Distilling is excited to partner with Happy Harvest and The Home Grown Farm to host a Spring Dinner at the Distillery on Friday, May 19th at 6:30pm. With Happy Harvest’s locally grown and seasonally prepared produce paired with Balcones’ tasty cocktails and whiskies – it is going to be a dinner you don’t want to miss!

First Course – blue corn kohlrabi taco. maple chili braised beans. crispy root vegetables. pickled onion. chimmichurri.
Second Course – pork belly pops. charred peaches. whisky butterscotch sauce. compressed summer squash.
Third Course – roasted quail. burnt miso. stone-fruit pecan salsa. smoky grits. fermented cucumber.
Fourth Course – ricotta fritters. blackberry rumble sauce. chocolate soil.
